Delete your account and data
Last updated 15 October 2026
You can delete your stage.church account yourself at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at admin.stage.church (with your password, Google or Microsoft).
- Open Settings → Account. If you haven’t joined a church yet, the option is at the bottom of the onboarding page instead.
- Choose Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm and, if your account has a password, enter it.
If you are the only administrator of a church, you’ll be asked to make another member an administrator (or delete the church) first, so the church isn’t left without anyone in charge.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email address) and password.
- All your sessions, and any linked Google or Microsoft sign-ins.
- Push notification tokens for your devices.
- Your profile field answers and visibility settings.
- Your church memberships, together with your roles, group and team places, volunteer assignments and RSVPs.
What may remain
Content a church created stays with that church, but is no longer linked to you: for example announcements you wrote or audit records of admin actions show no name. A minimal, anonymous record that an account was deleted is kept for security.
Disconnecting Google or Microsoft only
You can also remove stage.church’s access from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/connections) or Microsoft account (account.live.com/consent/Manage). This stops future sign-ins with that provider but does not delete your stage.church account.
